Bruce Tatt2, owner of Zero Regrets Tattoo and Piercing, founded the shop on a single measure: the work, and the artists who make it, should be exceptional. He has spent years identifying talent, training it, and watching it win — every artist on his floor has taken awards, often repeatedly. His own record includes two magazine features, five Best of Show titles, and more than sixty awards across the United States. Six years of Ink Master–caliber preparation inform a practice that moves between black-and-grey and color without strain: portraits, horror, animation, sleeves, and the unexpected. Saturdays he still takes walk-ins for small, simple tattoos that matter; larger work is booked by Facebook or Instagram.

Deposits, payments, and discounts are not valid after six months of rescheduling.
Three reschedules are granted (for free with 48 hours’ notice). Canceling with less than 48 hours’ notice, a no-call / no-show, or arriving more than 30 minutes late allows the artist to reschedule, charge an extra fee, or cancel the contract with the client. All payments and deposits then become non-refundable. There may be an additional charge to remain on the books after a missed appointment.
Any design discussed with a deposit cannot be changed, adjusted, or switched to a new idea or another person without a new deposit and contract.
